mentally learn how to meet yourself where you're at and then transition into a safe, held, and comfortable restorative state. physically, release held tension and learn about modifications of postures to create a more comfortable personal practice.

class starts with components of breath awareness, guided meditation, and gentle movements. then, shifts towards a restorative practice of comfortable, supportive postures. ~ 20 minutes of gentle movement and 40 restorative.
