60 minute all-levels and all-bodies offering focused on breath and mindful movement. We’ll move at a slow, sustainable pace to allow time for both stillness and dynamic movement to build flexibility and strength. You will be encouraged to approach the practice with inquiry and curiosity to personalize the practice to best fit your needs, as well as offered modifications for postures throughout class.
